Order Processing
Every DiDaptr is manufactured, assembled and tested in the USA. We do our best to maintain an adequate stock of DiDaptr units and ship orders promptly. However, in order to keep our overhead to a minimum, we stock a limited number of drives and docking stations. If a product is not in stock it will be noted the product page and may take additional time (usually 3-4 business days) to ship your order. To keep shipping costs to a minimum, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. Our goal is to make your purchase the best it can be, please contact us if your order is time sensitive and we will do our best to work with you.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments accepted: Major credit cards or Paypal in U.S. funds only. All orders processed on a first come first serve basis!
Shipping
Domestic shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping will be handled by either USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination.
Warranty
All relevant warranty information is provided in the "Description" section of each product.
For DiDaptr only: We reserve the right to replace any defective product at our sole discretion. Keep in mind that we hand-cast every DiDaptr case and as such they will contain variations. Small bubbles or voids may occur. This does not effect the functionality and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
