Order Processing

Every DiDaptr is manufactured, assembled and tested in the USA.  We do our best to maintain an adequate stock of DiDaptr units and ship orders promptly.  However, in order to keep our overhead to a minimum,  we stock a limited number of drives and docking stations.  If a product is not in stock it will be noted the product page and may take additional time (usually 3-4 business days) to ship your order.  To keep shipping costs to a minimum, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.  Our goal is to make your purchase the best it can be, please contact us if your order is time sensitive and we will do our best to work with you.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments accepted: Major credit cards or Paypal in U.S. funds only. All orders processed on a first come first serve basis!

Shipping

Domestic shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping will be handled by either USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination.

• We do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, or Uganda.
• Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.
• If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, DIDAC Systems reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
• International shipping costs do not cover duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees and are the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty

All relevant warranty information is provided in the "Description" section of each product. 

For DiDaptr only:  We reserve the right to replace any defective product at our sole discretion. Keep in mind that we hand-cast every DiDaptr case and as such they will contain variations. Small bubbles or voids may occur.  This does not effect the functionality and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
